Who is a Sender?

Sender is any person in the Dylyver community who wants to send an item, a parcel, a document or any other article to a family member, friend, business partner or anyone else.

What kind of item(s) can I ship with Dylyver?

Literally anything. One of the main benefits of shipping your item(s) with Dylyver is that you don’t need to worry about the size and shape of your item(s) anymore. Large and bulky items are no longer an issue and your item does not have to fit into a standard box in order to be shipped.

Where can I send my packages?

Literally anywhere. Our community of couriers can deliver your parcel anywhere in the world whilst travelling to the same location, city, country or region.

Who is a Receiver?

Receiver is any person in the Dylyver community who is getting a package from sender. During the delivery setup process sender can put you as a receiver of that particular delivery by inputting your email. When that happens you will receive a notification from the system about upcoming delivery. After that you will be able to track real time the movement of the courier, chat with courier and/or sender, split delivery payments with sender and accept the package from courier.

What if I am not a user of the Dylyver platform yet?

Not an issue. In this case an email will be sent to you prompting to download the app. After a quick registration, you will be able to track real time the movement of the courier, chat with courier and/or sender, split delivery payments with sender and accept the package from courier.

How can I accept the item from a courier?

When Courier has arrived at the desired destination you will receive a notification. After you accept the item from courier you should confirm it in the app. All three parties will receive a notification about the successful delivery.
